30 Years of Quality Construction

We set out in Trabzon in 1995 with project and design work. In our early years we completed many architectural and engineering projects across Trabzon, Rize and the surrounding districts, becoming part of the region's urbanization process by providing consultancy services to municipalities.

In the late 1990s we began undertaking contracting work in the public sector. We delivered schools, hospital renovations, housing units and infrastructure projects. From the 2000s onward we entered the private housing sector and, to this day, have given many families the joy of owning a home.

Today, with over 30 years of experience, we continue to provide project design and consultancy services to the private sector while realizing our own new housing projects. With the respect we hold for our work, we stand behind every signature we put our name to.
